Full Stack Engineer Central Europe

As a Full Stack Engineer at Pandora, you will play a critical role in building scalable, resilient AI services and platform capabilities that bring advanced AI to production. Your primary focus is infrastructure and backend engineering, designing and operating high-performance standardized systems, while your full-stack experience enables you to contribute across the product surface and integrate AI features seamlessly into end-to-end experiences. You will collaborate closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, MLOps, and Product stakeholders to build the backbones for production-grade AI‑powered solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, efficient and maintainable. Responsibilities Design and develop scalable backend services and platform components that expose AI/ML capabilities, contributing to frontend surfaces where needed. Build, secure, and operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes, including configuration management, observability, debugging, and security hardening. Design and implement high-performance, production‑grade backend in Python, with openness to systems‑level languages (Rust or Go) where performance and scalability demands require it. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to productize AI solutions on Azure, applying domain knowledge to configure and critically evaluate the infrastructure and AI gateway layers that underpin those solutions. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI‑enabled applications. Ensure performance, availability, and maintainability of solutions in production and handle incidents in a timely manner to reduce MTTC. Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions to enforce engineering best practices. Stay current with industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
