Regional Director, Oncology Solid Tumors - Southeast Region

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Director, Oncology Solid Tumors - Southeast Region to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote leadership role will oversee regional oncology sales performance across the Southeast, with a focus on driving commercial execution and team development. The position will guide a field organization, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and translate business insights into effective territory and account strategies. It will also play a key role in ensuring compliant, high-impact engagement with healthcare customers while supporting growth in a competitive oncology market. The ideal candidate will bring deep pharmaceutical and oncology sales experience, along with the ability to coach leaders and teams, manage regional priorities, and deliver results through disciplined planning and execution.
