Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contribute:A Supply Chain Technician who excels in this role:Stocks and maintains supplies across hospital departments using computer-assisted tools and standard inventory practices to support efficient patient care operations.Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.Performs periodic cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory; adjusts inventory records as needed.Stocks units with office and medical supplies; prepares requisitions to maintain par levels.Receives shipments, logs receipts, enters data into the inventory system, delivers items to departments or other facilities, and reports/documents errors or damages to management.Answers the telephone, receiving dock, and walk-up window professionally; routes calls/messages appropriately.Completes clerical/computer tasks that support patient care delivery.Processes outgoing mail.Performs other duties as assigned.What we're looking for:Education:High school diploma preferred.Skills & Experience:Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple computer systems.Effective English communication (read, write, speak, and understand).Ability to complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.Schedule: PRN (as needed) This position does not have a set weekly schedule. You'll be called in to work when extra help is needed—such as covering for someone, handling busy periods, or filling gaps in the schedule.
