Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Install new kitchen equipment following manufacturer specifications. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred. Proven experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
