Role Description As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tom Conklin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
