Office Center Lead

Summary

We are looking for someone who excels at clerical work with great customer service to work as a Resource Center Lead who will head up operations at a client site that handles print and production, mail delivery, and general front desk and office duties. The individual will travel three days a week to the client site and spend two days a week at the Van Ausdall & Farrar offices to cross-train on additional duties.

What You'll Do

• Provide world-class customer experience.
• Manage the mail delivery, print production center, and front desk duties of the client site.
• Serve as the onsite point of contact for the client relationship.
• Answer phones and complete customer requests.
• Resolve issues and/or customer complaints.
• Recommend, create and implement training programs to increase customer satisfaction and assists in providing on-floor training of associates in floor procedures.

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous document imaging project management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success working in a dynamic office or production environment.
• A drive to learn.
• Reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
