Nationality Requirements Due to the nature of the programs we support, certain roles may require candidates to meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance. Position Summary Leads team in determining the operations required for fabrication and assembly of products as well as implementing cost‑saving process improvements. Job Description Troubleshoots and resolves issues, estimating time requirements for operations, and preparing operation sheets. Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters to increase efficiency and cost savings. Qualifications Typical 5+ years of related experience. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a related field. Lean Six Sigma certification preferred. Expected Compensation The expected compensation range for this role is $112,008.00 - $140,036.00. This represents the expected range and may vary based on scope, responsibilities, experience, education, certifications, and business conditions.
