About the Business Operations Associate Expect to be on call 7 days— this is NOT a 9–5 Mon-Fri role. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in startup operations, strategy, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or M&A transaction services, and will play a critical role in supporting our business operations. You will work closely with the CEO, Head of Strategy & Operations and Head of Partnerships on high priority tasks related to day-to-day management of the business. This role is ideal for someone who wants to operate at the center of a high-growth startup and eventually step into senior leadership. Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis to support business decision-making Develop financial models and perform financial analysis Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials to partners Collaborate with senior management to create and implement business strategies Facilitate the management of sales operations including sales team KPIs Manage project timelines and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns Perform other duties as assigned by senior management Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, finance, management or a related field At least 3 years+ of consulting, investment banking, startup operations, strategy or corporate development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven track record of owning and delivering complex , multi-stakeholder projects Exceptional organizational and project management skills — able to operate effectively in chaos High emotional intelligence — able to navigate personalities, conflict, and senior stakeholders Relentless ownership mindset - you do what it takes to get the job done #J-18808-Ljbffr
