Key Responsibilities Assist customers with onboarding processes and initial setup of services. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customers maximize the value of our client's offerings. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and courteously. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service, support, or client success role is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
