Key Responsibilities Manage client communications across multiple channels, including phone, email, and video conferencing. Provide comprehensive support and guidance on product features and services. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner. Maintain detailed client records and ensure data accuracy in the CRM. Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide a unified client experience. Requirements Previous experience in client support, customer service, or a related field.
