New Grads Welcome - St. Louis, Missouri Pain Management NP/PA Job

- Permanent job opening
- Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Background in spine, orthopedics, or pain management preferred, but open to other clinical backgrounds
- Reason for need: clinic growth
- Start date: ASAP - ongoing
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00a-5:00p with a 30-minute lunch
- Weekdays only - no call responsibilities
- Outpatient clinic setting
- No pain medications prescribed or refilled
- New graduates welcome with strong nursing or clinical experience
- Must be comfortable evaluating patients of all ages with limited pediatric exposure
- Responsibilities include new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Future procedural involvement may include:
- Ordering epidurals
- Facet injections
- Radiofrequency ablations (RFAs)
- Trigger point injections
- Joint injections
- Training provided for procedural involvement
- Strong physical examination skills required
- Ability to interpret imaging studies and correlate findings with treatment plans is essential
- EMR system utilized at the site
