Job Description

Under the general direction of department leadership, a Journey Physical Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy and as prescribed by a physician (when required) and performs related duties as assigned. Age of Patients: Pediatrics specifically.

Shift Details: Part-time, 30 hours weekly, Day shift.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Minimum experience is obtained as part of the accredited physical therapy program as an intern.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Or
• D.P.T. in Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Or
• Experience in outpatient setting.
• Experience in an acute care or rehabilitation facility.
• Experience with pediatrics.
• Experience with orthopedics or sports injury rehabilitation.
• Experience with lymphedema management.
• Experience with pelvic floor rehabilitation.
• Experience with neurological or vestibular rehabilitation.
• Experience with occupational medicine.
