Accountant for ONET Occupation Study [Remote]

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of the U.S. government''s ONET framework by sharing your insights as an experienced accountant. Your expertise will help create a more accurate representation of the accounting profession. Key Responsibilities

• Complete a one-time online survey/interview about your day-to-day work as an accountant, which takes up to 30 minutes.
• Participate in an optional follow-up survey, task, or short interview afterward, which would be compensated separately.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working specifically as an accountant (SOC 13-2011, Accountants and Auditors).
• Must be based in the U.S.
• Currently employed as an accountant or have recent experience in the role; candidates who left the profession many years ago are not suitable.
• Actual experience in an accountant role is required; accounting students or individuals with only general finance exposure will not be considered unless they have worked as an accountant.

• This is a remote position.
• Engagement is on an hourly basis.

• Pay is set at approximately $39 per hour, with the initial task estimated to take around 30 minutes, resulting in compensation for half an hour at that rate.
• Potential for additional paid tasks following the initial survey.
