Sanitation Coordinator

Requirements 1-2 years of previous experience handling sanitation chemicals High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred) Ability to read the English language Job Responsibilities Sanitation Coordinators are expected to assist Sanitation Associates (I) with questions related to their job duties and tasks. Sanitation Coordinators are responsible for understanding and verifying that department processes/SOPs are executed by fellow Sanitation Associates (I). Assist in the training of newly hired Sanitation Associates (I) Complete daily housekeeping, assignments, CIP logs, checklists, and other Sanitation documents Conduct weekly inventory of sanitation products and notify supervisor of low stock Ensure cleanliness of work area to maintain a safe work environment Model, reinforce, and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures, including wearing required PPE and following OSHA safety guidelines Perform other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Demonstrate teamwork as well as the ability to work independently Demonstrate good decision-making and judgement Strong attention to detail Previous experience with CIP (preferred) Physical Duties and Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
