Director of Fixed Income Strategy: Onsite

DescriptionSummary: Manage a team of fixed income analysts and traders that provide internally vetted fixed instruments to purchase in client accounts. Manage and oversee a series of Fixed Income Strategies. Participate in the Asset Allocation process of the firm. Member of Investment Policy Committee. Duties and Responsibilities: CFA Charter Holder preferred.Lead the development and implementation of the fixed income strategy.Oversee fixed income research and guide investment portfolio managers.Manage the fixed income buy-list and hold-list.Support risk management framework and collaborate with the investment strategy team.Represent Huntington in internal/external presentations and support sales efforts for Wealth Management.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and monitor market trends/conditions.Develop actionable investment insights and communicate fixed income strategy to stakeholders.Support cross-sell initiatives and provide training on fixed income concepts.Review enhanced Leveraged Cash Flow due diligence when appropriate.Assist Payments Advisors/Relationship Managers in structuring transactions and developing risk mitigation strategies.Manage the approval process for requested limits, amendments, waivers, and consents.Performs other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:At least 15 years of related experience.Bachelor's Degree.Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)YesWorkplace Type:OfficeOur Approach to Office Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
