• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of clients, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with the relevant laws and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other professionals on the treatment team, participating in regular meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them to engage in their mental health journeys.

• Stay abreast of developments in the field of mental health, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and applying the latest research findings to practice.

You will primarily work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our client base is diverse, encompassing various ages, backgrounds, and experiences. As such, you will need to demonstrate cultural competency and adaptability in your approach to treatment.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy methods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to address diverse client challenges.
