This role is set in a remote work environment, allowing flexibility while ensuring your contributions are central to enhancing patient care. You will engage with patients through telehealth platforms, conduct virtual sessions seamlessly, and collaborate with healthcare professionals both in and out of the office. Our operational hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, accommodating occasional evening shifts when necessary to meet patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients who experience co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

  A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LSCSW, LCP, LCPC, LP, or LCMFT in the state of Kansas.

  Demonstrated proficiency in meeting the mental health needs of individuals with concurrent medical conditions.

  Experience in delivering integrated care and successfully collaborating with medical professionals is highly preferred.
