Director, Global Brand Marketing

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Director of Global Brand Marketing to lead upstream brand strategy and product launches for cardiovascular devices. This role partners across product management, innovation, and executive teams to define positioning, drive market differentiation, and execute successful global commercialization.

Responsibilities

Lead global brand strategy and product launch plans that drive growth, differentiation, and business alignment
Develop and maintain global portfolio brand architecture, naming strategy, and governance framework
Lead strategic brand development for new products including positioning, naming, value propositions, and launch strategy
Serve as primary brand partner throughout innovation lifecycle from concept through commercialization
Provide strategic direction to downstream and regional marketing teams ensuring consistent global execution

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field with marketing experience or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated track record in people management or equivalent leadership experience
Experience in regulated industry or equivalent background
Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills
Expert knowledge of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and financial mechanisms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities with high judgment
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder relationship management
