Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with New York Life in financial planning and spent two years as a team member in a State Farm office, gaining valuable experience before opening my own agency. I attended Bowling Green and have been part of the local community for over 11 years. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with dogs. We stay involved in the community through charity golf events, including hosting “Putts for Paws” each year in support of Completing the Mission. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
