Real Estate Sales Agent Trainee - High Commission Split, Training Available

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:

$125,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage actively in comprehensive training sessions to build foundational skills in real estate sales.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to gain insights and practical knowledge in client interactions.
• Utilize proven systems to identify and pursue potential leads, fostering new client relationships.
• Conduct property showings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers and sellers.
• Manage transaction processes efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions to refine techniques and enhance sales strategies.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering guidance and support throughout their buying or selling journey.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes, ensuring you can hit the ground running.
• Proven track record of self-motivation and discipline, demonstrating your commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and build trust with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, leveraging the expertise of seasoned professionals to enhance your learning.
• Familiarity with real estate principles or a willingness to actively pursue a real estate license, showing your dedication to the field.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools to manage leads and transactions efficiently, ensuring seamless client experiences.
