Commercial Lines Account Manager Palm Harbor, FL | On-Site | $65,000–$85,000 + Bonus A growing independent insurance agency in Palm Harbor is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its established team. This role is open to both experienced Commercial Lines professionals and strong insurance candidates looking to transition into Commercial Lines. What You’ll Do Manage and service a book of small to middle-market commercial accounts Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes Work directly with clients, carriers, and underwriters Review coverage needs and identify cross-selling opportunities Prepare proposals and maintain accurate account documentation Build strong, long-term client relationships What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Commercial Lines experience preferred for the Account Manager level Independent agency or brokerage experience strongly preferred Florida 2-20 license preferred Strong communication, organization, and client service skills Compensation & Benefits Flexibility up to $85k for strong experience Retention bonus opportunities Health insurance, PTO, 401(k) If you’re looking for a stable agency environment with room to grow your Commercial Lines career, we’d like to connect.
