Current CA state license is a plus. Visa Candidates are encouraged to apply. The Practice Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District – Tehachapi, California 25-bed facility with 4 ICU beds. Open ICU bed with tele-critical care. Stroke care with TKA capabilities. Annual volume of 45,000. 14-18 encounters per day per hospitalist; remote night hospitalist. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
