Contract Registered Nurse position offering a 13-week assignment in Iowa City, Iowa. The role involves emergency and medical-surgical patient care during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality emergency and medical-surgical patient care during night shifts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret clinical data, and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in the state of Iowa
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of emergency room experience
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedule
