End User Support Tech

Cognizant is seeking an End User Computing Tech for a full-time opportunity in San Francisco, CA The salary range for this role is between $62,000 to $81,000 depending on experience and qualifications of the candidate. Responsibilities General IT service and user support: Provide support at all levels, both face-to-face and through various communication channels. Logging support requests and incidents: Document and track reported issues. Monitoring and completion of issues and requests. Oversee the resolution of problems received by the IT Service Desk, escalating when necessary. Troubleshoot problems: Use diagnostic tools and escalating issues as needed. Liaise with regional offices and third-party suppliers. Collaborate to resolve user support issues. Qualifications 10 years of experience with IT troubleshooting and support in a corporate computing environment. Investigation and diagnostic skills. Experience with Microsoft Windows 10. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications and Teams. Familiarity with iPhone/iPad technology and mobile apps. General user administration tasks. Data/voice cabling and patching skills. Experience with Intune, Autopilot and MS Teams. Ability to manage expectations with stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr cognizant technologies
