Our E-Commerce Team in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Full Time E-Commerce Warehouse Associate! Position Summary: The E-Commerce Warehouse Associate is responsible for the daily handling of New Goods product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The E-Commerce Warehouse Associate responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned: Pulling all merchandise sold from previous day from shipping pick list Packing and Shipping books. Items are to be weighed, wrapped and/or boxed as needed for safe transport for the customer. Packing and Shipping items sold on ShopGoodwill and Ebay. Items are to be weighed, wrapped and/or boxed as needed for safe transport for the customer. Clean, straighten and organize listed-merchandise shelves. Location(s) Tacoma , Washington , United States Requirements Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements: 6 months – 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience preferred Positive attitude and a willingness to help get the job done Collaborative approach, asking questions for clarification as needed Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding We Have You Covered! Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
