As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first happy face to greet our visitors and family members and make them feel at ease. The functions are similar to that of a “Welcome” (reception) desk. You are greeting guests, performing clerical tasks and managing the phone lines for a busy Medical Facility. She works with my schedule and supported me personally when times were tough.” Qualifications Medical Receptionist: officially we call this job a Concierge, but in other centers it may be called a Welcome or Front Desk Receptionist or Security Officer. What we need from you: Prior Experience in a Healthcare or Medical setting is preferable. Prior experience as an overnight security officer is desired. Strong Written and verbal English communication skills are required. High school diploma or GED.
