Role snapshot

• Type: Seasonal, local DSD delivery and sales of packaged ice
• Location: Tacoma, WA (home daily)

Compensation & schedule

• Hourly pay: $30–$31.60
• Home daily with local routes
• Overtime potential during busy periods
• Advancement potential within a supportive organization

Core responsibilities

• Deliver and sell ice to assigned customers on time
• Reconcile inventory and cash/receipts accurately
• Operate delivery vehicles and equipment safely
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication

Qualifications

• Valid and maintained CDL-A
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Distribution environment experience (asset)
• Familiarity with DOT regulations (preferred)
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math with cash handling proficiency
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Clean driving record preferred, not required
