Job Description Kitchen team member will do everything from dishes to making sandwiches. Full time employees will work an average of 8 hour shifts where you will rotate and be doing multiple positions during the course of your shift. Some positions and responsibilities will have you multitasking or working alongside others to accomplish a goal.
