Job Summary: We're looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join a law office as a Full-Time Front Desk / Legal Assistant. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients while providing administrative support to attorneys and office staff. The role combines front desk responsibilities, client communication, scheduling, and document management in a fast-paced professional environment. Type of placement: Evaluations to hire Location: Bozeman, Montana Duties: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain attorney calendars. Prepare, organize, and maintain client files and legal documents. Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document management. Draft correspondence and basic administrative documents. Communicate with clients regarding appointments and case-related information. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information. Process incoming and outgoing mail and email communications. Manage office supplies and assist with general office organization. Support attorneys and office staff with administrative tasks. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and general office technology. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. Strong data entry and document management skills. Previous administrative, reception, legal assistant, or office support experience preferred. Ability to learn legal software and office procedures quickly.
