Sr Sales Operations Analyst, Salesforce AdministratorAs a Sr Sales Operations Analyst, Salesforce Administrator at Altium, you'll be a key player on a team dedicated to continuous improvement and enhancement of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce's architecture and capabilities, with the ability to align technical solutions with our evolving business goals. This role requires collaboration across departments to gather requirements and translate them into scalable user friendly solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential, you should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and explaining complex technical concepts in a clear, relatable way.In addition to configuration and support responsibilities, you'll help shape our Salesforce governance and change management practices to ensure a stable and effective platform.Responsibilities:All aspects of User and License Management including new user setup/deactivation, Roles, Profiles, Permissions, Public Groups, Organization-Wide Defaults, & Sharing rulesSalesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reportsData Governance, Change Management, & Data PoliciesPerform ongoing data cleansing, deduplication, and normalization within Salesforce (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Tasks, etc)Conduct regular data audits and recommend improvements to the overall structures and data modelIdentify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experienceMonitor user adoption and drive improvements through training, enablement, and platform enhancementsNew user and ongoing user trainingCreate and maintain Salesforce technical documentationIdentify unused or underutilized platform features, connected apps and, apexWork with integrated applications including Ringlead, NetSuite, DocuSign, Boomi and moreQualificationsOur ideal candidate:Has a proactive attitude to platform enhancementsHas excellent relationship-building skillsHas the ability to work with stakeholders at all levelsIs available and responsive to questions and feedbackWorks collaboratively as a team but can also work independentlyIs active in the Salesforce communityDemonstrates continued personal/professional developmentUnderstands Salesforce Revenue Cloud functionality and relationshipsHas a strong background designing FlowsStrong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales or Service CloudStrong Salesforce Revenue Cloud knowledge and at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience administering CPQStrong knowledge of Salesforce automation tools, including FlowExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsFamiliarity with Salesforce governance and change management best practicesSalesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist) are a plusBachelor's DegreeCertified Salesforce Administrator required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist) are a plusSalesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist certificate preferredThe salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000.
