Clinical Operations Manager – NICU – Simon Family Tower The Clinical Operations Manager will lead the interprofessional team in a 60‑bed Level IV NICU and support the 12‑bed Progressive Care NICU. This full‑time onsite role requires Monday‑Friday day shift with evening, weekend rounding and on‑call availability. The manager translates strategic priorities into operational plans, ensures high quality, safety, affordability, patient and team member experiences, and embeds evidence‑based nursing practices. Key Relationships Reports to: Clinical Operations Director Direct Reports: 250 staff (split with a co‑manager) Candidate Qualifications Requires a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN). If the bachelor’s degree is not in nursing, must have a Master of Nursing (MSN). Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Specialty certification related to nursing practice or leadership preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life‑support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient‑care policies.
