A home infusion pharmacy requires an experienced pharmacist to provide coverage during a leave of absence for a period of three weeks, from Monday, February 16 to Friday, March 6. This per diem opportunity offers a focused schedule with consistent weekday hours, ideal for professionals seeking temporary assignments with defined timelines.


Location:

• Plano, TX area, with remote training available for pharmacy software

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify sterile compounding and IV admixtures following established procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols in home infusion pharmacy operations
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapies

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License in good standing
• IV certification required
• Recent and solid experience in sterile compounding and IV admixture preparation
• Familiarity with CareTend software is a plus; training will be provided as needed
