This position is 100% onsite at our Bohemia, NY office. Salary Range for this position is $22.00- $26.00 hourly, depending on experience. This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License. Position Summary The IT Intern will support the Information Technology team by assisting with documentation of legacy systems, engineering licenses, and applications while gaining hands‑on experience in a professional IT environment. This role will also assist with basic help desk support and general IT‑related tasks to support day‑to‑day operations. Key Position Accountabilities Shadow IT Technicians and assist with documenting legacy systems, engineering licenses, and applications. Assist with basic help desk support tasks including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Support end users with routine technical inquiries and requests. Assist with inventory tracking and organization of IT equipment. Help maintain accurate IT documentation and records. Participate in IT projects and other departmental initiatives as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and security of company systems and information. Qualifications Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Bohemia, NY. May‑August. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting concepts. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred. Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
