Our ALL IN culture includes a focus on Safety, Wellness, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and giving back to our communities.ADB is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to perform high-level administrative functions within the Project Controls group with a concentration on billing administration and project financial closeout.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs project setup, SO creation, and PO booking in NetSuiteManages project budgets including exception reviews, true-ups, and WIP supportOwns customer billing, credits, and invoice accuracyManages Completed Not Closed projects and monitors closeout readinessReviews AR aging and drives resolution proactivelyPerforms other position duties when requestedSUCCESS FACTORS:A strong belief in ZERO - Being safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, attention to detail, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedSelf-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsData driven and continuous improvement mindsetProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and billing systemsWORK ENVIRONMENT:This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, copiers, and cell phonesThis role operates out of an environmentally controlled office environmentEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:3+ years of administrative experience supporting project teams required1+ year of informal leadership, mentorship, and peer support requiredConstruction industry experience preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredThis position pays between $25 and $35/hr and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
