Our single‑doctor shifts provide care for common urgent cases, including wound management, ear infections, vomiting/diarrhea, and euthanasia. Each of our paperless clinics is specially designed to deliver efficient care and is equipped with cloud‑based EMR, digital x‑ray, and a full suite of IDEXX in‑house lab equipment. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality medical care in your specified hospital location. Serve patients and clients with a relationship‑based approach. Encourage the growth of support staff members through our internal LevelUp training program. Manage a varying caseload during open hours. Represent AVG with professionalism and compassion in the hospital you support. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program). Active license in good standing to practice in the state in which the candidate will be employed (or the ability to obtain a license in that state). Minimum 1 year of clinical experience strongly preferred. Comfort in adapting to new clinical environments and team structures. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
