- Engage, guide, and elevate clients through a world-class luxury buying experience
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with high-value clientele
- Represent the Cadillac brand with integrity, precision, and professionalism
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly performance goals
- Master Cadillac’s evolving lineup of EV and performance vehicles
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in automotive sales (luxury/high-line preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and committed to excellence
- Professional appearance and high emotional intelligence
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
