We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Accounting Director to lead our accounting and grant functions and serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership. This role provides oversight of accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, grants, and team development while helping guide the organization's financial future. You'll oversee month-end and year-end close processes, direct audit activities, support budgeting and forecasting, manage grant accounting functions, and collaborate with leaders across the organization to provide meaningful financial insights. You'll also supervise and develop accounting staff while driving continuous process improvements.
