Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager Oversee the high-level planning and execution of construction projects, including evaluating project proposals, completing technical studies, allocating project responsibilities, project documentation, and project budgeting. Review project proposals, attend pre‑construction meetings, and consult with clients to determine project requirements and specifications. Lead strategic planning of projects and feasibility evaluations through project scoping, document analysis, and establishment of specifications and requirements. Assess risk, business implications, and potential problems prior to initiating each project. Complete technical studies of current and future projects and prepare cost analysis for the executive leadership. Prepare cost estimates for each project phase, including conceptual, schematic design, design development, and construction documents. Perform quantity take‑offs for associated trades and prepare detailed breakdowns of components and elements of estimates for systems and subsystems. Control project costs by approving expenditures, handling negotiations with high-level stakeholders, and administering contractor contracts. Allocate project responsibilities by assigning personnel to phases and elements in coordination with professional consultants and project managers. Assess and approve project optimization proposals from construction management staff. Monitor project progress and review project status reports. Review project closeout details including scope verification, cost effectiveness, overall quality of work, and any outstanding or follow-up needs or requirements for future implementation. Participate in the development of the company's overall business strategy. Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry trends in the construction industry. Requirements Master’s degree in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. (Alternative: Bachelor’s degree in the same fields and five years of experience) Skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MATLAB, GIS, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
