MoneyGram is seeking a Director of CRM & Retention to own the full customer lifecycle from activation to loyalty. You’ll lead a global CRM function, shape lifecycle journeys, onboarding, activation, referrals, and high-impact programs across Email, SMS and Push, partnering with product, growth and regional teams. A strategic, data-savvy lifecycle leader with 8–12+ years in CRM is preferred, with hands-on experience in Braze, Zeta or Iterable and global team leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr MoneyGram
