Overview Assignment: Contracts Administration Specialist Key Responsibilities Review invoices for compliance with rules on cost reimbursement for architecture and engineering contracts Required Skills and Qualifications Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Comfortable reviewing spreadsheets of numbers and understanding percentages. Good customer service skills, good writing skills in particular. Details Location: Downtown Seattle — Mostly remote; on-site for a monthly on-site meeting.
