We are a growing, professional home improvement company seeking a highly skilled, customer-focused Service Professional to complete small to mid-size projects while identifying larger opportunities.

This is not a “patch-and-go” handyman role.

Our technicians are trained to:

Deliver a premium client experience

Build trust and uncover additional project opportunities

Increase average job size through professional recommendations

What You’ll Do

Complete carpentry, drywall, tile, and general home repairs

Perform light remodeling and upgrade work

Communicate clearly with homeowners to confirm scope and expectations

Follow a structured on-site process to identify additional work

Manage time effectively to hit daily production goals

Deliver clean, professional, high-quality results

How You Earn More

Requirements

10+ years of paid experience in residential trades (preferred)

Strong carpentry skills (required)

Experience in drywall, tile, and general repairs

Own standard tools of the trade

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage workflow

Valid driver’s license (clean record)
