Customer Service Technician
Salary: $50,000-$60,000
Location: Parkesburg, PA

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Travel: 30% domestically

Overview:
Seeking a mechanically inclined Service Technician to support aviation refueling equipment with our customers. This role acts as a post-sale liaison, providing phone and onsite support, troubleshooting issues, and training customers on equipment use and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical and diagnostic support (phone & onsite)
Troubleshoot fueling systems, electrical components, hydraulics, air brakes, and diesel engines
Perform warranty repairs and maintenance
Conduct pre-delivery inspections
Train customer mechanics on system operation and diagnostics

Requirements:

Mechanical experience (automotive or similar preferred)
Electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Professional communication skills
Ability to travel ~30% (some international)
Valid driver's license & passport
Ability to pass airport/military background checks
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
