Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license and ASHA CCC required
• Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
• Comfortable working with students displaying aggressive behaviors and/or autism; ABA or behavioral strategies background a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite support teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to a K-12 center-based caseload
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
• Employ evidence-based strategies, particularly for students with aggressive behaviors or autism
