Start as soon as possible and continue through the end of the school year (June 12, 2026), with the option to extend into the Extended School Year from June 29 to July 16, 2026. The ESY schedule offers flexibility, with 1-2 days per week from 8:30am to 2:30pm. The role is based near Exton, PA, and requires working 16 hours over 2 days each week during the school year. Requirements Active SLP license in Pennsylvania Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience providing speech and language services in a school setting Comfort working with grades 5-8 Strong communication and organizational skills Responsibilities Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a caseload of 5th8th grade students Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans Collaborate with classroom teachers, other specialists, and families Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings as required Provide consistent, evidence-based support for communication development For those with experience and a passion for student growth, compensation ranges from $45 to $55 per hour, based on your background.
