Role: Health & Benefits Sales Executive

San Francisco | Irvine | Los Angeles | Las Vegas | Washington DC | Atlanta | Charlotte NC or Tampa, FL.

Hybrid Schedule | 3 Days In-Office

Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for employee benefits and strategic client relationships? looking for a driven Health & Benefits Sales Executive to help organizations solve complex challenges in healthcare, financial security, and workforce wellbeing.

What You’ll Do

✔ Drive new business growth and manage a high-value pipeline

✔ Build relationships with C-suite decision-makers

✔ Deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses

✔ Lead complex negotiations and close strategic deals

✔ Identify expansion opportunities across key accounts

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)

Proven success exceeding sales targets

Experience selling into the 1,000–5,000 employee market

Knowledge of Employee Benefits / Health & Benefits consulting

Strong executive presence and networking ability

Preferred Qualifications
