ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct regular and systematic review of Medicaid and program documentation to ensure timeliness and meets quality expectations Conduct utilization review to improve quality of care / program Develop reports of findings and recommendations and communicate to supervisory staff Track, monitor, and measure the annual quality performance of the program and develop recommendations based on annual changes Identify staff training needs through auditing activities Support clinical directors and supervisors to create systems and processes that facilitate achievement of quality assurance goals and continuous quality improvement Assist in the development of appropriate recreational and community activities for the consumers Adhere to cultural competency and anti‑discriminatory practice Input individualized goals for consumers in electronic system according to the ISP Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Valid Driver’s License Understanding of Medicaid regulations High level of attention to detail Ability to write and understand progress notes Effective interpersonal skills and ability to successfully collaborate with staff throughout the agency Associates Degree or college credit One year’s experience supporting individuals with Developmental Disabilities or related field and credits toward college degree preferred Experience with Foothold technology program or similar Electronic Health Records BENEFITS 403B Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental insurance plans Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Access to our state-of-the-art fitness center and locker rooms #J-18808-Ljbffr
