Quality Assurance Manager Location: Clifton, NJJoin my client, a respected manufacturer of precision aluminum investment castings supporting aerospace, defense, medical, and other critical industries. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive quality excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and make a lasting impact on products where precision matters most.Why You Should ApplyLead quality operations for a premier aerospace manufacturing organization.Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and holidays.Professional development opportunities.Work with advanced manufacturing and industry-leading quality standards.What You’ll Be DoingLead Raw Inspection, X-Ray, NDT, Final Inspection, and Shipping quality teams.Ensure AS9100 and NADCAP compliance.Oversee First Article Inspection, PPAP, audits, and quality documentation.Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.Partner with customers and internal teams while mentoring quality staff.About YouBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).Aerospace or defense manufacturing quality leadership experience.Expertise with AS9100, NADCAP, NDT, ERP, and QMS.Strong audit leadership, communication, and documentation skills.Proven ability to lead cross-functional quality teams.How To ApplyWe’d love to see your resume, but we don’t need it to have a conversation.
