Lifecycle Marketing Lead

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, responsible for developing lifecycle strategies, implementing technology solutions, and creating automated programs to drive revenue and customer engagement. Key responsibilities Develop and own the lifecycle marketing strategy across the customer journey to enhance retention and re-engagement Evaluate and implement lifecycle marketing and CRM technology platforms, ensuring customer data is structured for initiatives Design and launch automated lifecycle programs while establishing reporting, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or customer growth Proven experience building lifecycle programs from scratch and owning business outcomes Strong analytical and segmentation skills Familiarity with platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Klaviyo Demonstrated ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on
