Compensation: $21-$22.00 plus 10% shift differential

2nd shift - Mon – Thur 3:00pm-1am

Schedule: 40 hours /week

• We're looking for a detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Technician to support electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations in a structured production environment. 
• In this entry-level role, you'll work with technical drawings, specifications, and established procedures to assemble components, perform wiring and soldering tasks, and ensure finished units meet quality and accuracy standards.

What You'll Do:

• Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks, including component installation, wiring, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and assembly instructions to complete work accurately.
• Set up and adjust assembly equipment and tools while maintaining required tolerances and specifications.
• Follow established production processes, safety guidelines, and quality standards to meet operational targets.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors, communicate progress, and escalate technical issues or assembly discrepancies when needed.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in electronics assembly

• Ability to read and follow work instructions on a screen/monitor involving precise procedures and some schematics/drawings.
• More high tech electro-mechanical manufacturing skills experience .
• Good communication skills

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
• Ability to lift 5-10 lbs, routinely
• Heaviest lift 32lbs
