Our organization is in search of a Gastroenterologist to deliver comprehensive medical care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders, particularly those affected by hepatitis. This role will be based at the Health Care Center and Ambulatory Surgery Center located in Harlingen, TX.

The Gastroenterology physician will be tasked with providing primary, secondary, and tertiary care in both inpatient and outpatient environments. This includes assessing patients' health issues and formulating diagnostic and treatment plans tailored to their needs. The physician will also coordinate with other healthcare professionals, address challenges impacting patient care, and offer education to patients and their families regarding their conditions and management strategies.

A significant portion of the physician's schedule will be dedicated to patient care, while adequate time will also be allocated for administrative responsibilities based on other commitments.

Procedures:

The Gastroenterology physician will be responsible for conducting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopies and colonoscopies.

EDRP Authorized: Previous EDRP participants are not eligible for this incentive.

Compensation: Competitive salary, annual performance bonuses, and regular salary increases.
